Industrial flooring in Lima, Ohio
Grind and seal, polished concrete and epoxy floors for plants and warehouses. We quote multiple options, list the pros and cons of each, and help you choose.
- Multiple options quoted
- Durable line striping
- Phased around production
We have the coatings you need to refresh your floors
Every space is different. Here’s how the three main options compare.
Grind & seal
The quickest way to clean up concrete when looks aren’t the priority. We rough up, densify, burnish and seal the floor, and patch gouges at the same time.
- Best for
- Fast cleanup
- Downtime
- Shortest
Polished concrete
Durable, typically lower cost up front, and easy to clean and maintain. It shines without being slippery, and there’s no curing time.
- Best for
- Showroom look, low upkeep
- Downtime
- Short, no cure
Epoxy flooring
A synthetic, resin-based coating laid over concrete. It takes longer because of curing, but can last five to ten years.
- Best for
- Long-lasting coating
- Lifespan
- 5–10 years
Our line striping is made to last
Lines painted on top of a floor fade quickly. We make striping part of the refinishing process instead:
- Grind the line into the concrete
- Apply epoxy paint
- Seal with a clear coat
Floor refinishing may take less time than you think
~1,000 sq ft
~5,000 sq ft
We can phase larger floors so production keeps moving in the areas we’re not working on.

Polished concrete or epoxy: which is better?
Polished concrete is usually lower cost up front, easier to maintain and needs no cure time. Epoxy takes longer to install but can last five to ten years. We quote both and walk you through the pros and cons.
How long does floor refinishing take?
Around 1–2 days for 1,000 sq ft and 5–7 days for 5,000 sq ft.
Can you repair cracks and gouges?
Yes. We patch gouges as part of the grind and seal process.
Why do your floor lines last longer?
We grind the line into the concrete, apply epoxy paint and add a clear coat, instead of painting on top of the floor.
