Your first call goes to Dustin
Maintenance and cleaning are often neglected in manufacturing facilities. It isn’t because plant managers don’t care. It’s because the only option seems to be stopping production, and that rarely makes sense.
Paramount exists to remove that trade-off. Owner Dustin talks with every new customer about their facility, reviews options and samples, and builds a schedule around their production output. Our crews then work third shift, weekends or in phases so the plant keeps running.
Because we handle cleaning, painting and flooring ourselves, one team can refresh a facility from floor to ceiling without juggling vendors.
We're not like other industrial contractors
We work around your schedule
Many contractors dictate when they can come in. We work nights, weekends and third shift, and phase projects so you never close an entire area.
10+ years of experience
Limiting shutdowns is a craft we’ve refined for over a decade, backed by customers who keep calling us back.
Painting and flooring, one team
A company that can paint and refinish floors is rare. We coordinate both so there are no delays and you deal with one vendor.
Safe for your people, your equipment and your product
- Equipment covered in plastic before any painting starts
- Work split into phases or zones so only one area is affected at a time
- Dry ice blasting that cleans equipment without damage or residue
- Line striping ground into the floor and clear-coated to last
- Direct coordination with your team throughout the project
